Breaking News: Alliance Automotive Group snags entire 710,000 ft2 Rotherham logistics facility
Following its acquisition of a 630,000 ft2 warehouse at Panattoni Park Rotherham in Yorkshire, Alliance Automotive Group has acquired the final 80,870 ft2 warehouse unit to support the continued growth of its UK distribution operations.

PANATTONI PARK Rotherham totals 710,870 ft2 in two facilities. The 630,000 ft2 property was let in 2022 on a 25 year lease while the 80,870 warehouse has now been taken on a 22 year lease.
The additional space supports the continued expansion of AAG’s regional and national distribution operations and the consolidation of other facilities to drive greater operational efficiency.
AAG is a leading distributor of passenger and commercial vehicle parts to the independent automotive aftermarket across the UK and Europe. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, the largest worldwide automotive parts distributor with Activities in North America, Europe and Australasia.
Rotherham 80 comprises 75,394 ft2 of warehouse space with 12.5m eaves and four dock and four level access doors served by a 48m yard. It has 5,476 ft2 of offices and has achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
