Chinese online furniture company adds warehouse space in Midlands
Chinese owned online furniture manufacturer and retailer Daals, is thought to have taken another warehouse in the Midlands.

ARRIVING NEW to the UK last year the company originally took a 10-year lease at £10.75 per ft2 on Apollo 5 on JINGDONG Property’s 52-acre Apollo scheme at Ansty Park near Coventry in the West Midlands, totalling 301,591 ft2.
It is now thought to have secured a further 172,407 ft2 warehouse known as Apollo 4 on the same scheme on what is believed to be similar terms to its original deal.
The whole four unit scheme totalling 860,956 ft is now fully let. Joint agents are JLL and Newmark.
