Cleaning company sweeps up Harlow warehouse
Cleaning hygiene and catering product supplier Sybron UK has taken Mirastar’s 71,748 ft2 recently refurbished warehouse in Harlow, Essex.

THE COMPANY has taken a 10 year lease on the property, known as Unit C Icon Harlow, which is located close to Junction 7 of the M11 motorway.
The facility boasts 66,497 ft2 of warehouse space with 12.5 eaves and six dock anf two level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 9 HGVs. It has 5,251 ft2 of two storey Grade A office space.
The unit which has achieved a BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating, and benefits from modern insulation and energy-efficient materials, with LED lighting throughout the office and warehouse spaces. Heating and cooling to the office areas is provided by an air source heat pump system. The unit is part of a well-managed, landscaped estate, and occupiers also enjoy access to approximately 5 acres of mature grassland.
The property was originally let to specialist transport company Verhoek Europe on a 10-year lease in 2020. It is believed the company actioned a five year break clause last year.
