Colliers International takes on Axis J9 instruction in Bicester

Axis J9 will provide approximately 500,000 sq ft of high quality buildings for production, R&D and distribution operators, three miles from Junction 9 M40.

Phase 1, totalling 200,000 sq ft, will comprise five buildings ranging from 23,000 to 65,000 sq ft all with generous yards. Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2019 with completion targeted for April 2020.

Phases 2 and 3 offer pre-let opportunities up to 250,000 sq ft and an additional speculative development of smaller units ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 sq ft. Planning permission has been granted for use within classes B1, B2 and B8 with no hours of use restrictions.
