THE SCHEME would see the demolition of the six existing buildings on site, totalling 343,400 ft2, to make way for three new storage and distribution units totalling 492,5000 ft2.

The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and will deliver increased biodiversity to the site though an extensive landscape masterplan.

Ashton Smith have been appointed as the project architect and Gerald Eve as planning advisers.
