TO BE KNOWN as Panattoni Park Coventry, the 55-acre site was acquired by the developer in June last year as reported in Logistics Matters.
The scheme, located at Junction 3 of the M6 motorway, will be made up three units a 538,193 ft2 plus two further units of approx. 40,000 ft2 and 20,000 ft2. The facilities will all target BREEAM “Outstanding” and EPC A+ credentials.
The first unit at the park, totalling 538,193 ft2 will be speculatively developed, and is expected to be ready for occupation in Q3 2026.
Panattoni Park Coventry will also be Panattoni’s first project to achieve a WiredScore accreditation. WiredScore is the global digital connectivity certification that assesses and promotes best-in-class technology infrastructure in real estate. The developer will target WiredScore Platinum – the highest level of certification.
This means the scheme will deliver exceptional digital infrastructure, ensuring occupiers benefit from robust, reliable, and future-ready connectivity to support modern business needs and the evolution of AI and technology.
The facility, which will have 15m clear internal height will also feature significant sustainability enhancements, including 100 EV charging points, solar PVs, water leak detection systems, and high-efficiency insulation. It will also have a 5.7MvA capacity.
Panattoni is being advised on the scheme by Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark
