Culina Group and its subsidiaries, including Stobart and Fowler Welch, will trade under the single name Culina, creating what the business calls the UK’s largest privately owned logistics and supply chain partner under one brand.

Culina Group and its subsidiaries, including Stobart and Fowler Welch, will trade under the single name Culina, creating what the business calls the UK’s largest privately owned logistics and supply chain partner under one brand.

TEN BUSINESSES, including Culina Logistics, IPS, Great Bear, Warrens, CML and Stobart Europe, will adopt the new identity, after growing both organically and through acquisition across warehousing, transport, e-fulfilment, contract packing and international logistics. Culina says it will be easier for customers to access the full range of services through one partner.

The business will operate through five divisions: Chilled & Fresh Logistics, Contract Logistics, Transport Logistics, Integrated Packing Services and International Logistics. Each will keep its specialist expertise while collaborating more closely. The Pallet Network, Stobart EU Automotive and Eventor will keep their existing identities.

Liam McElroy, chief executive of Culina, said: “For our customers, this creates a simpler, stronger, and more connected experience, providing seamless access to our end-to-end capabilities through one trusted partner.” He added that Culina’s 15,000 colleagues were at the heart of the change.

Culina says it will keep investing in infrastructure, technology and customer partnerships as a privately owned business. The transition will happen progressively, with the Culina brand becoming increasingly visible on sites, vehicles and digital platforms.
