EXCLUSIVE: Developer seeks Northamptonshire midbox scheme
Developer Barwood is seeking approval for a circa.200,000 ft2 three unit midbox scheme near Daventry in the East Midlands.

OUTLINE PLANNING has been submitted to West Northamptonshire Council for circa. 210,000 ft2 of industrial dn logistics space on a 24.26 acre site south of the A45 at Weedon Bec.
A masterplan envisages three units of 51,202 ft2, 71,750 ft2 and 86,326 ft2 with eaves heights ranging from 10 – 12.5m with dock and level access doors served by 50m yards.
The new facilities are on track to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating with the aspiration of achieving an Outstanding rating.
Positioned in a high demand location, the site offers excellent connectivity to regional and national road networks, providing efficient goods movement and distribution.
