Hathaway which has teamed up with an as yet unidentified private investor is expected to shortly submit plans for a 110,000 ft2 multi let logistics terrace on the site located on the junction of Gatwick Road and Crawley Avenue in the Manor Royal business district.

Hathaway has already secured a self storage pre-let on the scheme and completion subject to planning is expected in 2026.

CBRE was marketing the site for Varian. Haslams advised Hathaway on the acquisition.
