Developers secure planning for Oldham Midbox scheme
Developers Chancerygate and Hines have been granted planning approval for a 166,500 ft2 midbox warehouse scheme in Oldham in the North West.

THE SCHEME to be known as Aurora Park will consist of 18 units ranging from 4,700 – 20,500 ft2 with units available from Q3 2026. It is located on Lydia Becker Way, Chadderton just off the M60 motorway.
The £39m site will create approximately 165 new jobs, in addition to 90 construction roles during its build phase.
The project advanced without facing any public opposition and garnered unanimous backing from the committee.
