DHL warehouse sells for £25 million
Property investment company URBZ Capital, on behalf of its capital partner Ivanhoé Cambridge has paid Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund (SCREF) £25 million for a warehouse let to DHL in the Midlands.

THE PROPERTY, Unit 3c, totalling 177,800 ft2, which was developed in 2001, was acquired by SCREF in October 2021 as part of a £345m deal with SEGRO.
It is let until August 2026 to DHL Supply Chain, which manages a Selfridges contract from the facility. Currently much of the retailer’s ecommerce and store supply chain function is carried out by DHL from two units at Hams Hall. Unit 3c (mentioned above) and Alpha 1, a 219,112ft2 warehouse which DHL acquired from Logicor on a long lease in 2021.
