Door manufacturer and distributor secures new HQ and logistics facility
British door manufacturer and distributor Solidor has taken BGO and Equation Properties’ Unit 1 facility circa their 1.15 million ft2 Horizon 29 scheme in Bolsover Derbyshire as its new flagship HQ and national distribution centre.

THE NEW facility, totalling 73,239 ft2, is to support ambitious new expansion plans for Solidcor and will become their UK HQ. It has been built to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating and boasts 69,751 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as six dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard. It has 3,488 ft2 of grade A office space
Horizon 29 is strategically positioned with Junction 29(A) of the M1 motorway only 1 mile away, providing excellent access to the UK’s national motorway Network between Sheffield and Nottingham.
There are only three units remaining at the scheme a 137,206 ft2, a 252,055 ft2 unit and a 251,981 ft2 unit.
