THE JOINT venture has bought a further 8-acre plot  to expand its existing consented 8 acres site in order to bring forward a single 328,000 ft2 Grade A industrial unit. The joint venture acquired the original 8-acre plot located at Crow Lane, Northampton in 2020. Originally it proposed to speculatively develop two, high quality, industrial units of 90,014 ft2 and 57,834 ft2.

Trebor development director James Drew, said: “Having secured this further land off market we will shortly submit planning and are looking forward to further detailed discussions with occupiers on both a freehold or leasehold bases.’

It is anticipated the building will be available during 2025, being developed on a speculative basis and is also capable of being customised to occupier specific requirements as a build to suit.

The site is located adjacent to the A45 dual carriageway, which links to the M1 motorway at Junction 15.

Agency advice was provided by Drake Commercial, Knight Frank and TDB Real Estate advised the landowner.
