THE COMPANY has signed a five year lease on D82, the largest of four units speculatively built on Phase 2 of the 800,000 ft2 11 unit development.

The warehouse totalling 82,935 ft2 provides 78,585 ft2 of warehouse space with 12.5m eaves and eight dock and two level access doors served by7 a 50m yard. It has 4,350 of two storey Grade A office facilities and a 4,391 ft2 plant deck. The unit has been designed to high sustainability standards, achieving a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating as well as provision for solar PV, alongside a dedicated warehouse lighting scheme.

This latest lease agreement follows DPD’s letting of c.120,000 ft2 of best-in-class logistics space at Indurent Park Tamworth in October 2025.

The transaction reflects continued occupier demand for well-located, high-quality, energy-efficient space in the Midlands, and Indurent’s ability to support its customers as their requirements evolve.

Just one unit, D43, remains available across the scheme. Joint letting agents are Innes England and Savills.
