THE NEW depot will be built on an 8.25 acre site close to Gatwick Airport at Manor Royal Industrial Estate.

The cross docked building with two story offices will total 63,798 ft2 and will target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. The long thin structure will have 13 dock level doors as well as level access doors to serve the delivery vans. There is parking for 125 cars, 102 vans and 12 HGVs. Two new entrances would be created off Hydehurst Lane to serve the new warehouse. It will be built to target a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.

The plans were submitted by planning consultant QUOD on behalf of Abrdn UK Real Estate Fund.
