DPD snaps up West Midlands depot

DPD has snapped up a circa.120,000 ft2 warehouse facility at developer Indurent’s Indurent Park Tamworth scheme in Warwickshire in the West Midlands.

THE PARCEL delivery firm has taken a five year lease on T119, a 119,372 ft2  facility that boasts a 111,413 ft2 warehouse with 12.5m eaves  and 10 dock and four lvel access doors served by a 50m yard. The property also has 7,669 ft2 of Grade A office space and has been built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

The unit also has EV charging bays, 60kWp rooftop solar PV, and a 750 kVA power supply, ensuring the building meets DPD’s operational and sustainability needs.

The 32-acre scheme is located immediately off Junction 10 of the M42.
