DX takes Kettering depot
3PL DX Group has taken a 10-year lease on a new depot in Kettering.

IT HAS secured Cabot Properties recently refurbished 86,148 ft2 unit at Cabot Kettering at Kettering Venture Park.
The facility on a 6.9 acre site incudes 79,031 ft2 of warehousing space with 10m eaves, seven dock and six level access doors served by a 50m yard as well as 7,117 ft2 of grade A office space.
Christian Smith, industrial director at Savills Birmingham, which alongside Prop-Search advised the landlord on the letting, said: “Demand for high quality logistics space in the Golden Triangle remains exceptionally strong and Cabot 86 represents exactly the type of modern, energy efficient facility that leading occupiers are targeting.
“Securing DX Group as a tenant highlight both the strength of the market and the appeal of Cabot Kettering as a core national distribution location.”
