THE ECOMMERCE retailer specialising in home furnishings and accessories, has agreed a five-year lease on the 58,424 ft2 unit for storage and distribution use.

The refurbishment works featured the installation of LED lighting throughout, as well as refurbishment of the ground and first floor offices complete with reception area, canteen and toilet facilities.
