Eurosonic leases Greater Manchester warehouse
Homeware and electrical appliances supplier and distributor Eurosonic Group has leased investor Mileway’s 184,422 ft2 warehouse on Dumers Lane in Bury, Greater Manchester.

The 1990s three bay steel portal framed warehouse benefits from a sprinkler system with concrete surfaced yard areas at either end of the building serving nine dock and two lelve access loading doors. It has a forklift charging area, 9m eaves height, energy-efficient LED lighting, and generous parking provision.
Eurosonic Group Chief Finance Officer Brian Robinson said: “This facility is perfectly suited to our operational needs and positions us well for the next stage of our development.
