EVRI HAS taken a five year lease on Delin Properties’ XDoc163 warehouse situated on Magna Park in Lutterworth which swiftly follows on from its acquisition of properties in Sheffield and Avonmouth.

LSH head of industrial & logistics James Polson, said: “This is the 3rd acquisition in recent months on behalf of EVRi, which is shows the strength and growth of its logistics network and capabilities.”

The move follows the announcement reported by Logistics Matters in July that the company was looking to ramp up business aiming to deliver four million parcels daily with the recruitment of a further 9,000 employees after private equity firm Apollo Global Management acquired EVRi for £2.7bn in July.

Xdoc163 is a cross dock facility with 12.5m eaves, with 22 dock and three level access doors as well as parking for 40 HGVs and 150 cars on a 9.39 acre site.

The property was let on a 10-year lease in July last year to dairy supply chain expert Lloyd Fraser Group prior to the company falling into administration.

EVRi was represented by LSH, whom it has retained to source additional locations across London, the South East and the West and East Midlands for short-term Last Mile Delivery Units.
