EVRI secures Sheffield warehouse
PARCEL DELIVERY company EVRI has secured a brand new Grade A warehouse in Sheffield on a ten year lease.

The property totalling 132,966 ft2 was speculatively developed by Newsholme Development and UC Build and funded by Urban Logistics REIT.
The Property was built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating and includes roof top PV Array and EV charging points. It has 12.5m eaves, a 50m yard, a 50kn/m2 floor loading, 12 dock and two level access doors as well as 78 car parking spaces.
