EVRI’s Gloucester warehouse goes premium
EVRI’s Gloucester warehouse will host the Southwest base for EVRI Premium a separate network of DHL which was formed following EVRI’s merger with DHL eCommerce UK in 2025.

THE NETWORK offers fast, time-sensitive deliveries with enhanced shipping security protection for high-value and large items. The Southwest region al distribution centre will be based at Unit 12 Indurent Park Gloucester.
The deal was reported by Logistics Matters in August this year but has only just been finalised. The property boasts 54,429 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves and four dock and two level access doors served by a 35m yard. It has 3,214 ft2 of Grade A office space and has been built to targe BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A Rating.
LSH advised DHL eCommerce throughout the acquisition process and follows other recent major acquisitions on behalf of the Evri Group including Arrow Point Barnsley (266,044 sq ft) and Peterborough South (95,949 sq ft).
