EXCLUSIVE: Family-owned online retailer secures 300,000 ft2 plus warehouse
Manchester-based family-run online retailer Online Home Shop (OHS) has taken investor Oxenwood’s newly refurbished 333,559 ft2 warehouse in Trafford Park, in the Northwest.

THE PROPERTY boasts 312,951 ft2 of warehouse space with 14m eaves, 22 dock and two level access doors served by a 88m yard with 87 HGV parking spaces.
It has 14,258 ft2 of Grade A office space a 5,998 ft2 mezzanines and a 364 ft2 gate house. It comes fitted with sprinkler ands LED lighting and has 58,376 pallet spaces.
Online Home Shop had a reported turnover of £59.8 million in the year to 31st January 2025 – an increase of 24.6% which it said was attributable to the growth of the Group’s own website through increasing customer base, repeat purchase, a growing core business and expanding product offering in particular in garden and furniture.
