EXCLUSIVE: Super Smart Services snaps up another Fradley Park warehouse
Chinese 3PL Super Smart Services (CIRRO Fulfillment) has snapped up another warehouse at Fradley Park, Lichfield in the Midlands.

IT HAS taken Evans Property Group’s Link 205 warehouse at its two unit £28 million Fradley Link scheme off Wellington Crescent on a 15 year lease at a rent believed to be just over £9 per ft2..
The 206,161 ft2 facility boasts 192,245 ft2 of warehouse space with 15m eaves as well as 20 dock (4 Euro dock) and four level access doors served by a 55m yard with parking for 10 HGVs. It has 12,266 ft2 of two storey offices as well as a 1,640 two story hub office.
Two years ago the Chinese ecommerce logistics provider took NFU and Ergo joint venture Aver’s 354,00 ft2 warehouse at Fradley Park.
Avison Young and JLL are joint agents at Link 205.
