THE COMPANY pre-let the facility on the final phase of Leicestershire Council’s Airfield Business Park last year. It currently leases a unit on and will be taking the additional new unit to further expand their growing business.

The state-of-the-art facility becomes Bramble Foods’ main national distribution hub, significantly increasing warehousing and distribution capacity while supporting the company’s expanding portfolio of premium food brands which includes Whitakers Chocolates, The Bay Tree and Lings.

Airfield Business Park was first opened in 2019 and is home to 14 businesses.

The new facility known as Lancaster House includes a number of sustainability features and boasts an EPC A+ rating of A+, a 50kW solar array that should save between 45,000 and 50,000 kWh a year as well as two electric vehicle charging points.

Letting agents were BTG Eddison and ABP.
