Fastening distributor secures Walsall warehouse
International specialist in the design, engineering, manufacture and distribution of high quality fastenings TR Fastenings has secured a warehouse in Walsall, West Midlands.

TR FASTENINGS has taken a 75,292 ft2 warehouse at industrial and logistics property investor Leftfield’s Leftfield Park in Walsall on a 15 year lease as its national storage and distribution HQ.
Centrally located in the heart of the West Midlands, Leftfield Park was speculatively developed to provide two new industrial units suitable for a range of occupiers.
Both units are now let with the smaller 35,319 ft2 unit secured by Mitsubishi Group’s Red Diamond Distribution – a specialist distributor for Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks across the UK.
Joint letting agents were Savills and Harris Lamb.
Savills Birmingham based industrial and logistics director Christian Smith, said: “The successful letting of both units so soon after completion underpins the ongoing resilience of the West Midlands industrial market. There continues to be a lack of quality stock in the Black Country area, so developments such as this are highly sought after by occupiers.”
