Food distribution specialist expands with new Northwest warehouse
Food distribution specialist Dealicious Mealz has taken a circa.110,000 ft2 warehouse in the Northwest to expand its UK operations.

THE COMPANY has taken a 10-year lease at developer Indurent’s 108,258 ft2 Unit M2 Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
The move marks a significant step in Dealicious Mealz’s ongoing expansion, as the company continues to grow its supply chain operations with major supermarket brands. The compnay specialises in high-quality ethnic and global grocery products with a focus on South Asian staples and a growing range of essential goods, serving retailers – including Iceland – wholesalers, and food service providers across the UK.
Unit M2 has recently undergone a £1 million plus refurbishment and now consists 100,834 ft2 of warehouse space with 12m eaves as well as 10 dock and two level access doors served by a 35m yard. It has 6,884 ft2 of two storey offices as well as a 100kWp rooftop solar PV array and EV car charging facilities.
