Snack food manufacturer and distributor Kolak Snack Foods has secured a recently refurbished 45,142 ft2 warehouse at Premier Park in Park Royal, for the storage and distribution of its dry snacks, after Japanese and Asian food distributor, JFC International, has expanded its operations and relocated to SEGRO Park Hayes.

A second deal has seen sushi, Bento box and Food to Go manufacturer Taiko Foods, take an additional 22,374 ft2 warehouse at SEGO Park Westway in Acton which is in addition to the existing four units it already occupies within the SEGRO portfolio in the same area

Taiko Foods will undertake an internal refurbishment of the new space to a highly sustainable standard and will increase power capacity to around 1,000 KvA to meet its requirements.

SEGRO said that it continues to meet strong demand from the sector for well-located and modern space within proximity of the wider London market.
