GCS opens Midlands hub
Global Cargo Solutions has secured a sublease from The Pallet Network for a new Midlands depot at Prologis Park Midpoint in Birmingham.

THE 3PL has secured a vehicle operators licence to run 26 vehicles with 55 trailers from DC5 Prologis Park Midpoint, and is currently seeking full time Class 1 day drivers.
The facility previously occupied by The Pallet Network prior to its buyout by Eddie Stobart, comprises a modern steel portal frame warehouse constructed in 2013 totalling 369,608 ft2 of space with 15m eaves, 56 dock and eight level access doors as well as 180 trailer parking spaces. In addition the property has two storey Grade A office space.
Joint agents on the sublease were JLL and Savills.
