Glass manufacturer secures Warrington hub
Insulating glazing unit manufacturer Regency Glass has leased two units at developer Indurent’s Indurent Park Trident in Warrington in the Northwest for its new manufacturing hub.

THE COMPANY has taken a 15-year lease on the two warehouses which total some 125,000 ft2.
Main contractor Caddick completed the facilities in April this year, both of which have achieved BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. Rooftop solar PV and smart LED lighting are included on the units as standard, with the newly delivered warehousing also including c.5,400 ft2 of operationally net zero office space to support a range of administrative and finance roles.

CBRE acted for Indurent, while Knight Frank acted for Regency Glass in the transaction.
Indurent owns and operates a c.9m sq ft portfolio of high-quality industrial and logistics space in the north west, c.90% of which is currently let.
