Haulage company secures bigger Bradford base
Bradford-based haulage company Leadbeater Transport has agreed a deal for larger warehouse in the city.

THE HAULIER has taken CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM)’s 65,755 sq ft OP65 unit at Overland Industrial Park on Gelderd Road, Bradford.
The 35 year old company is relocating from Low Moor, Bradford to the larger premises at Overland Park which has 3,000 ft2 of first floor offices.
The new facility has 10m eaves as well as seven dock and two level access doors. It has been built to be net zero carbon in operation and features electric vehicle charging points, solar photovoltaic panels and landscaping designed to enhance biodiversity. It also benefits form 1MvA of power avilabaility.
Savills and Carter Towler were joint letting agents.
