IN HER keynote, titled ‘From warehouse to wellbeing: how supply chain is supporting H&B’s growth in Ireland’, Bajaj will explain the increasingly important role the supply chain is playing as Holland & Barrett evolves from a trusted retailer into a lifelong health and wellness partner.

Drawing on her international experience of supply chain transformation and automation, she will share insights on how investment in technology and fulfilment capability, backed by strategic partnerships, can improve customer experience and support sustainable growth. She will also explore how these learnings are shaping Holland & Barrett’s approach, including its recent investment in Irish fulfilment, and the opportunities for businesses looking to build more agile, customer-focused operations.

Bajaj joined Holland & Barrett in September 2025 from Rohlik Group, the pan-European online grocery business, where she was group CFO and led a $170 million capital raise. Before that, she spent a decade at Ocado Group, playing a key role in major international deals as the business evolved from an online grocer into a global technology and solutions business. She holds a first-class honours degree in business studies from the University of Limerick.

The event, which is free to attend, takes place on Thursday February 25, 2027 at Dixon Transport, just north of Dublin near the airport. As well as the conference programme, delegates will be able to tour Dixon’s newly expanded and highly automated warehouse.
