Home appliance wholesaler secures Northamptonshire warehouse
Product Care Trading, a subsidiary of international home appliance wholesaler Product Care Group, has taken investor Arrow Capital Partners, circa.128,000 ft2 warehouse in Weedon, Northamptonshire.

THE PROPERTY which has undergone an extensive £2.7 million refurbishment programme has 115,491 ft2 of warehosue space with 6.54m eaves with six dock and eighty level access doors served by a 30m yard. It has 12,000 ft2 of two storey offices with the refurbishment including the implementation of a new heating system, alongside the installation of LED lighting, electric vehicle charging points and an air conditioning system.
Arrow Capital Partners Head of Real Estate, Europe Cormac Dunne, said: “The completion of this lease so soon after a full refurbishment of the asset highlights the resilience of the local logistics market and robust level of occupier demand for space in the region, due to its central location and excellent transport links.
Arrow Capital Partners was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Lambert Smith Hampton.
The property was acquired for Arrow’s €3 billion Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
