Howard Tenens acquires new warehouse

Howard Tenens has acquired a 121,577 ft2 warehouse at Huntworth Business Park, in Bridgwater close to Junction 24 of the M5 motorway.

THE SECOND hand property is to be extensively refurbished before being used as a base for Howard Tenens Logistics. It has 14 dock and seven level access doors with an eaves height of 6m. 

The building was constructed in 1988 on a 7.9-acre site and is configured internally as two separate bays. The property also has a reception area, additional WCs, welfare and kitchen facilities as well as two storey offices.
