Howdens lets Brackley warehouse
Leading kitchen manufacturer and supplier Howdens Joinery, has agreed terms to let 10,004 sq ft at Unit 8, Arrow Park, Brackley from Rockspring Property Investment Managers at £7 per sq ft on a 15-year lease with a tenant break on the tenth anniversary.
Arrow Park is a new 140,000 sq ft warehouse / industrial development which comprises eight units that were constructed in January 2018. The development is near the A43 dual carriageway with fast access to junctions 10 and 11 of the M40 and junction 15A of the M1.
