ID Logistics secures Yorkshire warehouse
ID Logistics has secured a 550,000 ft2 plus warehouse in Sherburn in Elmet in North Yorkshire.

THE COMPANY has taken Logicor’s Sherburn 550 warehouse which was previously let to Legal & General for its modular homes manufacturing facility L&G Homes which closed in 2023 after years of losses.
The fully refurbished Sherburn 550 unit totals 556,598 ft2 and is located off Junction 42 of the A1(M) to the east of Leeds.
The transaction will enable ID Logistics to support a major global e-commerce provider and will create 250 new jobs.
