THE FACILITY known as Unit 6, has been let to Howmet Aerospace which specialises in high‑performance components for the aerospace, defence and commercial transportation industries to support the expansion of its operations.
The final phase of the 225,000 ft2 scheme totals 72,000 ft2 and was completed in 2024. It consisted two units of 40,199 and 31,885 ft2. Both units achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating with both units benefiting from a minimum of 8m eaves and Grade A office space. There remains one unit of some 41,199 ft2 available.
Situated on the southern outskirts of Worcester, the Park is less than a mile from Junction 7 of the M5, which provides access to the wider Midlands, the South West and South Wales.
Indurent, Development Manager Marcus Riley, said: “The completion of phase three on a speculative basis and letting of Unit 6 to Howmet Aerospace underlines the strong demand we are seeing for best-in-class industrial workspace in the Worcester area.”
Joint letting agents are Fisher German & Savills.
