Indurent lets Worcester Midbox unit

Industrial and logistics developer Indurent has let a 40,199 ft2 midbox unit on the final phase of its 255,000 ft2 Indurent Park Broomhall scheme in Worcester.

LEADING LIFESTYLE and automotive brand distributor Nemesis has taken a lease on the larger of the two buildings  on this 72,000 ft2 fnal phase to expand its operations. 

The final phase of the scheme has only just completed. Both units  targeted BREEAM Excellent and  and EPC A rating with 8m eaves and Grade A office space. There remains one unit of some 31,885 ft2 available. Quoting rents on the buildings were £9.75 per ft2.

Situated on the southern outskirts of Worcester, the Park is less than a mile from Junction 7 of the M5, which provides access to the wider Midlands, the South West and South Wales. 

Indurent, Development Manager Marcus Riley, said: “The completion of phase three on a speculative basis underlines the strong demand we are seeing for best-in-class industrial workspace in the Worcester area.”
