Indurent lodges plans for two-unit warehouse scheme in Knowlsley

Developer Indurent has submitted plans for a two unit warehouse scheme, to be known as Indurent Park, within Knowlsey Business Park in the Northwest.

THE PLANS propose the demolition of redundant buildings on the 11-acre site and redevelopment of said site to provide two warehouses totalling 197,880 ft2 which will be constructed to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. The two units are 128,8000 ft2 and 69,000 ft2.

The scheme with a GDV of £22.7 million is expected to provide 340 jobs once complete according to consulatnts Savills advising on the scheme.

Knowsley Business Park, the largest such facility in the Liverpool city region, is home to more than 800 businesses, including Amazon and QVC.
