THE SCHEME envisages a further circa 800,000 ft2 of industrial and logistics space on roughly 100-acres of farmland to the south and east of the existing Indurent Park Tamworth close to Junction 10 of th M42 motorway.
There are two planning applications one full application for two units of 96,000 ft2 and 128,700 ft2 to the south of the existing development and another outline application for a further 565,105 ft2 of midbox units in a range of sizes alongside to the east.
There will be open space to the south of the development with permissive path/fitness trail connecting local footpaths and creating a buffer with grassland and woodland between the village and the development.
The buildings will be built carbon net zero and will achieve a minimum BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
Indurent has seen two substantial letting recently at its existing scheme at Tamworth with DPD taking a circa.120,000 ft2 warehouse and sealant and adhesive company Soudal taking a 50,00 ft2 unit. Joint agents are Savills and Darby Kaye.
