Industrial and logistics development proposed for Nottingham site

Rula Developments is proposing circa. 600,000 ft2 industrial and logistics development off the A46 dual carriageway near Bingham in Nottinghamshire East Midlands.

THE SCHEME totalling 39 acres is known as Bingham 46 and will see the development of up to 599,980 ft2 of industrial and logistics space in unts ranging from 10,000 ft2 – 350,000 ft2 built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

The scheme has an existing outline planning consent so Design and Build opportunities can be delivered following the submission of reserved matters. The site is allocated in the development plan for employment purposes.

The proposed scheme represents an investment of approximately £40 million and will generate around 750 full-time equivalent jobs when fully operational, alongside construction-phase employment and indirect benefits to the supply chain.
