AS SUPPLY chains face ongoing disruption, labour shortages and rising complexity, organisations need more than insight, they need the ability to respond to disruptions immediately and at scale. Infios Archer embeds intelligence directly into execution.

Infios chief innovation officer Eugene Amigud, says: “Infios Archer represents a fundamental shift from systems of record to systems of action, connecting systems, creating shared operational context and autonomously executing decisions.

Infios Archer is the intelligence layer powering Infios AI  helping teams act faster, reduce manual work and maintain operational continuity.

Infios Archer is not AI layered on top of systems. It’s embedded inside execution, allowing it to sense, decide, act and learn dynamically. That’s what makes Intelligent Supply Chain Execution real: the ability to connect intelligence to action, instantly and at scale.”

The brain of Infios AI

Purpose-built for agentic orchestration, Infios Archer operates inside execution environments and helps organisations move beyond visibility to automated, governed execution.

Unlike traditional AI tools that simply provide recommendations or analytics, Infios Archer executes decisions where work happens, ensuring actions are governed, traceable and aligned with business rules.

The tool’s five core components are:

Archer Connect (Integration Layer): Connects data across enterprise systems, partners and formats while translating information into execution-ready workflows.

Archer Fabric (Semantic Layer): Creates a shared operational context by synchronising and aligning data across order management systems (OMS), warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) in real time.

Archer Runtime (Execution Layer): Coordinates and executes decisions across workflows while providing governance, auditability and operational traceability.

Archer Studio (Agent Layer): Provides a no-code environment for building, deploying and scaling agentic workflows with embedded controls and guardrails.

Archer Assistant (Conversational AI): Delivers insights, alerts, recommendations and agent actions through a simple chat interface so the right action is always one conversation away.

Together, these capabilities establish a continuous decision-action loop that enables intelligence to coordinate execution outcomes across the supply chain.

Delivering real results

Organisations are already using Infios Archer to automate complex, high-friction workflows including carrier communications, order processing, shipment tracking and exception management.

“Infios AI is the first line of defense. It reaches out, calls the carrier, gets an update and if they don’t answer, it immediately follows up with an email,” said John O’Callaghan, director of information technology at CJ Logistics America. “We’ve drastically reduced the number of follow-ups our operations folks have to do, which ultimately alleviates concerns around on-time delivery.”

By embedding AI directly into execution workflows, Infios enables organisations to:

  • Detect operational issues earlier
  • Automate routine and exception-based decisions
  • Coordinate actions across supply chain functions
  • Reduce manual intervention and workflow delays
  • Improve service reliability and operational resilience
  • Maintain governance, transparency and auditability
