Investor lets Hams Hall mid box warehouse
Specialist mid box investor and asset manager Axel Logistics has let its circa 38,000 ft2 mid box warehouse at its three unit urban midbox scheme in Hams Hall West Midlands.

THE INVESTOR has struck a 10-year lease with Bunzl for the 37,081 ft2 building which has just undergone an extensive refurbishment.
The property has 28,615 ft2 of warehouse space boasting 8m eaves, with four level access doors served by a 33m yard. In addition it has 10,055 ft2 of two storey office space.
The buising has been refurbished to an EPC A rating level.
Letting agents was DTRE and Darby Kaye property.
