Jingdong Property to lease Milton Keynes warehouse
Jingdong Property the real estate arm of Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com, is looking to lease its 360,000 ft2 plus warehouse in Milton Keynes on the departure of short-term tenant John Lewis.

THE PROPERTY, on Yeomans Drive was the first ever real estate acquisition by JD.com in the UK back in 2022. It was acquired for a circa.£60 million and was let to John Lewis on a short term lease.
The 361,091 ft2 property, known as MK360, is now available on flexible lease terms through leasing agents Newmark and Cushman& Wakefield. It has 9.8m eaves as well as 13 dock and 10 level access doors with parking for 35 HGVs.
It is thought Jingdong Property may look at redeveloping the site in the long term.
