Jofson acquires Altegra Integrated Solutions

ADMINISTRATOR PWC said ‘[Altegra is] a subsidiary of Dunstall Holdings Limited, which entered administration on 10 September 2025, as a result of difficult trading conditions over a prolonged period and inflationary cost pressures’.

Based in Manchester and Birmingham, Jofson is well positioned to support forklift reliant businesses across the North West and the West Midlands. Known for selling Mitsubishi forklifts primarily, the firm has 30 mobile technicians offering strong local support.

Altegra is focused on the Midlands and the South West and is primarily a distributor of STILL forklifts.

Jofson managing director Jason Reynolds, said: “We are pleased to confirm that Jofson has completed the acquisition of the assets of Altegra Integrated Solutions.
