Joint agents picked for million ft2 development

Fisher German and FHP property Consultants have been picked as joint letting agents on the design and build phase of Clowes Developments’ 1 million ft2 Fairham Business Park in Nottingham.

FISHER GERMAN and FHP will be marketing design and build opportunities ranging from approximately 44,000 to 120,000 ft2 on a leasehold or freehold basis.

The scheme has already begun to take shape with international property investment and asset management company Hines taking ownership of three stand-alone units totalling 260,000 ft2, and Clowes and lead construction contractor TanRo achieving practical completion on a custom-built 56,000 ft2 facility for Scientific Laboratory Supplies.

Fairham Business Park is situated in Fairham, a flagship new neighbourhood surrounded by countryside that is based minutes from the centre of Nottingham and will include 3,000 brand new homes, retail amenities and a neighbourhood centre.
