Kingsbridge lets midbox warehouse in Segensworth
Developer Kingsbridge has let a warehouse at its Ferne Park scheme in Segensworth to fabrication and welding solutions specialist SFE Group.

THE PROPERTY, known as Unit 1, totals 17,862 ft2 and is one of three totalling 107,554 ft2 on a 4.7-acre former office buildings site at Segensworth, near Southampton
SFE Group is to base its UK operations at Ferne Park Unit 1, a standalone detached unit with private access and secure yard.
The deal follows the recent letting of 54,239 sq ft to heat exchange manufacturing specialists Kelvion, which will establish its new research and development and testing facility at the site.
The scheme has cutting-edge sustainability credentials including a BREEAM Outstanding rating, EPC A+, EV charging, and buildings designed to be carbon neutral in operation, and dedicated solar panels.
Ferne Park was completed in summer 2025 by Kingsbridge on the former Chartwell Court office site.
Strategically positioned at the centre of the Segensworth Industrial Estate, close to Junction 9 of the M27, the site provides excellent transport links to Portsmouth, Southampton, and across the Solent corridor.
Kingsbridge was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE on the lettings, and Gowling WLG acted on the legals.
