Last unit at Ergo Park Sheffield let

The last warehouse unit at Ergo Park Sheffield has been let to manufacturer and distributor of heat pump systems Therco-Serck.

NFU AND developer Ergo Real Estate joint venture Aver has secured the letting of the final available unit at its 182,000 ft2 four unit Ergo Park Sheffield scheme in South Yorkshire.

Therco-Serck has taken a 10 year lease on Unit 2 which totals  25,387 sq ft ans has 9m eaves, three level access doors, 2,567 ft2 of Gared A first floor offices and a 35m yard. The building was built to achieve BREEAM Very Good and an EPCA rating.

The joint venture also  conformed its letting of 369,251 ft2  property in Oldham to  Iceland subsidiary, Inspired Global Cuisine, as tipped by Logistics Matters in October last year https://www.logisticsmatters.co.uk/Food-co-lands-Oldham-DC

The company which produces frozen ready meals, soups, and sauces has taken a 15 year lease on the property.
