Last unit at Portsmouth warehouse scheme snapped up

UK packaging supplier Kite Packaging has taken the last unit on Phase 2 at investor developer Delancey’s 24-acre Proxima Park warehouse scheme in Portsmouth.

THE COMPANY has let the 41,570 ft2 Unit 320 on a 15-year lease, with a tenant only break in year 10. It has 10m eaves as well as three dock and two level access doors a 50kn/m2 floor loading and 50m yard. It has been built to BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

Phase 3 of the development offers a further 284,000 ft2 of new Grade A industrial and logistics space, with outline planning consent already in place.

Delancey was advised by CBRE and Vail Williams, in conjunction with Equation Properties.
