Leeds consolidation move for packaging company
Food and beverage packaging company Coptrin has relocated to a 41,598 ft2 warehouse at J Pullan & Sons 120-acre Howley Park Estate in Morley to consolidate to one new HQ and distribution site.

COPTRIN IS amalgamating four regional sites into its new headquarters facility, a move which will facilitate its continued growth and save operational costs.
Coptrin managing director Alex Henderson said: “This move provides a platform for us to expand our product range and improve our operational efficiencies. We look forward to this exciting next chapter as the business continues to grow.”
The company has taken a 10-year lease on the unit.
The final phases at the park are now available; offering bespoke design and build opportunities from 10,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft.
CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord J Pullan & Sons and GV&Co acted for the tenant.
